Refund policy

Returns

We gladly accept returns/exchanges for unworn items in their original packaging, within the first 30 days after receipt of your order.

Please allow up to 3-5 days for return to be received and processed.

Return Shipping Labels

Customers are responsible for the postage on returns due to change of mind, the product not being as expected, ordering the wrong item, and returned orders due to the incorrect shipping address.

Verglacé will provide a shipping label in the event the wrong order was sent, product damage, missing part of the order, or any error on our part.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom Jewelry
  • Opened or worn products
  • Absolutely no refunds on earrings, no exceptions

There is a restocking fee of $14.99 if a return was found to be no error of ours (Verglacé).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded unless authorized for a special circumstance.

To return your product, please email us at returns@verglace.com for a return authorization form (RMA).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Instances where a refund is granted:

  • Customer receives a damaged item
  • Wrong item shipped by us
  • Item missing during shipping*
  • Cancellation requested after an order is placed (once the request was sent via email before the item is shipped)*

Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method that was used to place your order. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be available on your original payment method.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
